Please take time to read the following carefully 

It is important to understand that I as the massage therapist can not diagnose any illnesses or physical disorders and cannot do any spinal manipulations. Understand that you are responsible for the treatment that you will receive. I am not a healthcare professional so any issues I cannot fix I will then refer you to a healthcare professional 

Cancellations

• I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 
• Please ensure you contact me via WhatsApp or email to inform me of you not turning up
• I as the massage therapist has a right to cancel an appointment by giving 24 hours notice 

Lateness

• Appointments have been arranged specifically for you. If for any reason you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accomodate others booked in after you
• If you are more than 20 minutes late to a massage or without informing me, I have a right to void the session classing it as 'lost'

General

• All treatments provided by me will last for the specific duration purchased (60 minute treatment will last 60 minutes)
• All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment 
• Treatment will only be conducted if I think it is safe for the client to receive 
• In some cases GP permission may be required before treatments can be provided 

Bookings

• Bookings can be done via Instagram, Website, or via WhatsApp
• Bookings can be done no later than 24 hours in advance

Pricing

• At the moment the prices depends on which massage you choose (see treatment section above for more information). The prices are set and no negotiation can be done
• If you refer a friend you will get 10% off your next visit 

It is normal for you to feel some muscle soreness and aching after a massage for the first 24-48 hours as a result of a deep tissue massage. However, this will pass as part of the recovery process
